Steel Entry Doors

Steel entry doors have been around for many years but have traditionally been kept for heavy impact institutional application with limited design choices. As technology has improved, steel doors have become common for residential use due to their security features. Steel doors can withstand adverse weather and, unlike wooden doors, do not require treating, painting or staining.

Masonite offers 2 types of metal doors: HD Steel Doors and Sta-Tru HD steel doors. Both steel door types feature the strength of steel with classic door configurations. High-definition panel profiles create shadow lines and decorative panel designs. Steel doors are made with premium galvanized steel and are available with steel-edge or wood-edge construction. All bottom rails are made with a high performance, composite material.

Cellar Doors

Cellar doors are designed for installation on areaways with sloped sidewalls built into the home’s foundation. Doors can be installed on sidewalls of brick, stone, block, or poured concrete.

Foundations and sidewalls can settle or sag over time. Normally this will not cause more than decorative issues or affect the door. Though it is important to remedy any change in sloping when needed, such as concrete mudjacking for entrances built on concrete slabs.

All cellar doors are supplied with instructions and hardware for proper installation. Contact Woodland Building Supply for pricing and availibility.
